Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr We're a major manufacturer of CNC machines, used globally by specialized industries all over the world. Right now, we're looking for a strong Outside Sales Manager with a manufacturing background to help establish new accounts for us. Our sales territory is based in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Candidates should be motivated, self-directed professionals. Job Duties: Develop new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships within the assigned territory. Follow company guidelines for sales reporting and documentation. Present company solutions to increase market share. Consistently close sales and achieve or exceed performance targets. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient order processing. Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports as required. Maintain up-to-date records in company software systems. Assess and address customer operational challenges relevant to current and future machine tool needs. Qualifications: 3+ years of manufacturing industry experience. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with SYSPRO or similar ERP software is a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
