As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nick Reed - State Farm Agent , you play a key role in growing our agency by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, and helping them find the right coverage. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, provide insurance quotes, and guide prospects through the process of becoming customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connect with prospective customers through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and other agency marketing efforts.
• Build relationships with prospects by learning about their needs, priorities, and current insurance situation.
• Provide information about available insurance products and services.
• Prepare insurance quotes and help prospects review and customize coverage options.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products that may help meet the customer's insurance and financial needs.
• Ask for the business and guide prospective customers through the application and onboarding process.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, activity, and production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with other agency team members to provide a smooth transition from new customer acquisition to ongoing account service.
• Act in the best interest of current and future customers while representing the agency professionally.

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses preferred or ability to obtain required licensing.
