Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to work effectively with school-aged children across diverse backgrounds
• Experience in IEP development, implementation, and documentation preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs using a variety of assessment tools
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to address students’ specific needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to design and update IEPs
• Provide intervention services for both individual students and small groups
• Consult and collaborate with educators to support classroom communication strategies
• Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and required documentation
• Engage with parents to foster understanding and cooperation in students’ therapy objectives
