Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct intervention and therapy to students with varying disorders and challenges
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session notes
• Consult with teachers, special education staff, and families to coordinate care
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and collaboration activities
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment to encourage student success
