The E-Commerce Specialist manages the day-to-day online shopping experience for Never Me Always We - Clothing Brand . The role focuses on making sure products are presented correctly, launches happen smoothly, inventory information stays accurate, and customers can move from discovering an item to completing their purchase without unnecessary problems.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Add and update apparel products, descriptions, pricing, sizes, photos, and inventory information.
• Coordinate online releases, limited drops, promotions, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns.
• Review the website regularly for checkout, product-page, navigation, or inventory issues.
• Track online sales, conversion rates, abandoned carts, popular products, and customer purchasing patterns.
• Coordinate with fulfillment staff to keep website inventory aligned with available stock.
• Work with designers and photographers to prepare product images and launch content.
• Improve product organization, search visibility, collections, and overall customer experience.
• Prepare sales reports and identify products or campaigns that are performing above or below expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous e-commerce, online retail, or digital merchandising experience.
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or a similar e-commerce platform.
• Comfortable working with product catalogs, inventory systems, analytics, and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to pricing, product information, and order accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital promotions is preferred.
