Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Partnership and Program Management responsible for leading a global team focused on developing drug-device combination products. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with strong project management skills. Responsibilities include managing external partnerships, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering is required.
