Green Bay Area – Inpatient Rehab & Psychiatric Admissions

This weekend-only role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while making a meaningful difference in patient recovery, dignity, and quality of life.

You’ll work closely with supervising physicians and an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive environment designed to help providers focus on what matters most—exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will provide comprehensive, hands-on clinical care for medically complex patients, including:

• Delivering primary, acute, and chronic care management for adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluating patients, establishing diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Prescribing medications and ordering/interpreting diagnostics within scope of practice
• Performing procedures and coordinating ongoing care needs as appropriate
• Managing psychiatric admissions and collaborating with behavioral health services
• Partnering with specialty providers (e.g., wound care, psychiatry) to ensure integrated, whole-person care
• Communicating clearly with patients, families, and care teams to support understanding and continuity of care
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
• Building strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff to enhance care experience
• Contributing to a collaborative, team-based care environment

What You Bring

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Current DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic ability
• Confidence working independently in a complex care setting
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
