Position: Business Analyst 3 (BA3) Location: Remote Client: State of Ohio Duration: 12+ Months Job Description Experienced Business Analyst to lead moderately complex initiatives in an Agile environment. You'll facilitate stakeholder discussions, capture and translate needs into clear requirements, create workflows and visual artifacts, support traceability, and collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and business teams to ensure deliverables are well-defined and testable. You'll decompose large requirements, help refine backlogs, and maintain documentation standards. Key Skills Agile lifecycle management (Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar) Backlog refinement, user story creation, and lifecycle management Requirements discovery, stakeholder facilitation, and cross-team collaboration Process modeling and visual artifacts (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) Requirements documentation, traceability, and testable acceptance criteria #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite WorkForce Inc
