Lead Salesforce Developer

Position: Salesforce Developer / Programmer Analyst Location: Lansing, MI Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: Hands-on CRM development supporting critical business workflows, including coding and delivering user stories. Work with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and future enhancements. Ensure technical requirements align with business objectives and long-term strategy. Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code. Maintain overall technical responsibility for project environments. Establish and enforce development standards and best practices. Collaborate with developers and teams across multiple systems for integrations. Ensure solutions comply with security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business stakeholders. Support knowledge transfer and training activities for maintenance and operations teams. Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies. Required Technical Skills: Strong Salesforce development experience. Service Cloud and Experience Cloud expertise. Full Salesforce Development Lifecycle experience. Apex Programming. Apex Triggers. Visualforce Pages. Lightning Web Components (LWC). Aura Components. Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. REST and SOAP API integrations. OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations. HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML. Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex. Data migration and cloud integration experience. Salesforce architecture, design, and documentation. SFDX development and deployment. Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, branch management, and code deployments. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of Salesforce Development experience. 4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript. 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud. 3+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, including LWC. 2+ years of API Integration and SSO experience. Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD and release management tools. Experience with data migration and cloud integration projects. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. Salesforce Certified Administrator. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. Experience with Conga and Drawloop. Government or Public Sector project experience.
