Lead Developer

Lead DeveloperTeam focuses on environment health and behavioral health application. This falls under the OBRA application. OBRA is a critical system that is used to screen and evaluate individuals’ needs in order to develop a treatment plan. This is going through some major enhancements. OBRA is a gold standard in their development standard.They are looking for a lead developer. This is a small team. There are 2 BA's and maybe 2 developers and a lead on this team. This will majority of hands on keyboard role. Want someone that understands the technical stack and can work with little guidance. All of the application is in place. Just need to make major enhancements. 50-70% UI and the rest back end. Looking for true full-stack. Needs good communication here. Needs to be able to engage with customers one on one. Need to be able to maintain and strengthen the customer relationships.Technical Stack:Java - 1.8Angular - 6Spring boot Microservices deployed on Openshift (flexible on openshift) - just strong experience in microservices.DockerOracle DatabaseMicroservices architecture experience deploying into containers.Spring batch.Devops - Jenkins for pipelinePrevious lead experience NOT required.On-site: Local candidates or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense at time of offer.
