Trauma Level: Level 1
Specialty Backup Available: Pediatric Anesthesiologist

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: NBCRNA Board Certified
Licenses: Active OH License or willingness to obtain
Certifications: BLS/PALS
Experience: 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred; Accepting new grads with peds experience
Other Qualifications: Strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, manual dexterity, physical/emotional stamina

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients.
Perform pre-operative assessments and administer induction, maintenance, and emergence anesthesia.
Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical team.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
