Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to determine treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and continually adjust individualized treatment plans informed by best practices and backed by evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide psychotherapy services tailored to those dealing with mental health illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure coherent patient care and address all aspects of the clients’ health.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress toward treatment goals, adjusting plans as needed based on feedback and observable outcomes.
\n
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and professional guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful LCSW will work primarily with clients facing significant mental health challenges during their detoxification process. This includes understanding the psychological aspects of addiction and recovery, recognizing that clients may experience anxiety, depression, low motivation, and trauma-related issues as they transition through treatment. Your expertise will guide them toward positive mental health outcomes, fostering recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services to diverse populations is expected.

Compensation and Benefits\n
