Value-Based Retention Specialist

A leading waste management company is seeking a customer retention specialist in Bannockburn, IL. Under managerial supervision, you will negotiate with at-risk customers to retain their business. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing and over two years of telesales experience. You will use CRM tools to manage accounts and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
