Customer Service Representative
Consumer Financial Services
Consumer Financial Services is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative who fits our company’s vision. Our goal is to work with our customers to understand their individual needs and provide a one-on-one account relationship that benefits both the customer and the success of the business.
This is a customer-facing position . The ideal candidate should be:

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Review credit applications
- Create loan documents
- Maintain and file records
- File insurance claims
- Conduct account research
- Provide professional, one-on-one customer service

Previous Experience That Can Be a Great Fit

- No prior experience is required — a great attitude and reliability are what matter most
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Previous financial services or customer service experience
