Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at WeCare, you will:

• Conduct thorough diagnostic examinations and evaluate clients' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate short-term therapy and interventions for individuals, families, and groups.

• Provide psychotherapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to the latest regulations and organizational protocols.

• Offer crisis intervention and crisis management strategies, utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Engage in treatment teams and multidisciplinary collaboration, contributing to optimal care delivery and support for clients.
\n
• Document and manage therapy related paperwork, including progress notes, treatment evaluations, and discharge summaries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings for quality management and departmental planning initiatives.

• Ensure all clinical services are aligned with state and federal regulations, organizational standards, and ethical guidelines.

Your clinical expertise will directly impact a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing mental health challenges or co-occurring disorders. We provide inclusive services tailored to varied backgrounds and circumstances, focusing on issues such as relationship dysfunction, trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must hold a current license as an LMFT or a Psy.D to practice within the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services to diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to facilitate client care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in integrated healthcare settings and familiarity with specialized treatment modalities for family dynamics, substance use disorders, and trauma-informed care will be considered advantageous for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
