Position Summary Manages analytics, reporting, and data research across functions. Designs and implements new reporting capabilities, delivering targeted analyses and insights for functional partners. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Partners with various business areas to understand analytics needs and deliver data-driven insights. Leads analytics, reporting, and research to uncover key findings across business functions. Manages and mentors a team of business analysts, fostering skill development and business acumen. Oversees design, testing, validation, and implementation of new reporting options. Develops and measures key performance indicators for the sales organization. Drives business intelligence initiatives by developing detailed reports and dashboards using advanced data visualization tools. Directs voice of the customer data collection, analysis, and vendor relationships. Advances sales, operations, customer service, and marketing automation initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of business analytics or related experience.
