Director, Solutions Marketing - Specialty Testing

Labcorp seeks a Director of Solutions Marketing for its Specialty Testing division to lead portfolio strategy, sales enablement, and team development across neurology, autoimmune, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. The role combines commercial strategy, competitive intelligence, and AI-enhanced workflows to strengthen market positioning and drive diagnostic innovation adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales enablement tools, messaging frameworks, and playbooks in partnership with Product Management and Sales leadership
• Assess scientific trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to refine portfolio strategy and inform investment decisions
• Lead and coach Portfolio Marketing team to ensure strategic thinking, scientific rigor, and commercial excellence across specialties
• Establish portfolio KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops with cross-functional stakeholders to validate and optimize strategy
• Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate portfolio analysis, competitive monitoring, and sales enablement artifact creation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years product management or portfolio marketing strategy experience
• 3+ years diagnostics or healthcare sector experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to portfolio marketing workflows and sales enablement
• Expertise in strategic positioning, scientific narrative development, and competitive analysis
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience managing and coaching marketing or product teams
