Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, forming the foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring each plan addresses the unique circumstances of clients facing mental health and substance abuse challenges.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family counseling sessions through telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to diverse client backgrounds.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward treatment goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to reflect changes in client circumstances and progress.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic support and comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring swift and effective response to safeguard client safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and treatment modalities, integrating new knowledge to enhance service delivery and outcomes within our program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, who may also experience co-occurring mental health issues. You will support individuals and their families navigating difficult life transitions such as addiction recovery, relationship challenges, trauma, and grief. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients develop coping strategies, enhance their resilience, and foster recovery-oriented mindsets.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license to practice as a clinical social worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
