Structured Finance Of Counsel

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its finance group in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. Candidates with experience in this area are preferred but not required. Duties Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals. Produce timely and accurate work products. Meet deadlines and manage competing demands. Foster positive work relationships. Participate in meetings and digital conference calls. Comply with firm policies and practices. Requirements 5-9 years of structured finance, securitization, or CLO experience. Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred. Certifications Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Education Juris Doctor (JD). Skills Strong analytical and writing skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
