Coaching Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support the professional growth of volunteer Leadership Coaches, the part-time Coaching Specialist will provide targeted coaching and feedback, observe facilitation sessions, and collaborate with team members to enhance volunteer success in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Coach and develop a caseload of 15-20 volunteer Leadership Coaches, providing one-on-one support and feedback Attend and observe Learning Labs, offering quality control and timely constructive follow-up to LCs Collaborate with team members to refine systems and share insights that inform program design improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience as a Braven volunteer Leadership Coach for at least one semester Demonstrated experience in teaching, instructional coaching, or adult learning Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships Commitment to Braven's mission and supporting underrepresented college students' success
