Sr. Plant Operations & Maintenance Director

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Sr. Director of Plant Operations & Maintenance at Catholic Health Mercy Buffalo Hospital, located in Buffalo, NY. The Sr. Director plans, administers and directs all activities related to the Engineering department, contract obligations and will have client financial accountability. Manages the maintenace of MEP, HVAC, the Boiler House, chillers, air handlers, cooling towers and all general maintenance. Additionally, the position will oversee Preventative Maintenance and Regulatory Compliance including Fire & Life Safety and Environment of Care. Manages construction and renovation projects, capital equipment planning, the CMMS. Develops client relationship.
