Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing initiatives supporting new practice areas, attorneys, office locations, and strategic firm growth projects Provide ongoing marketing and business development support to attorneys and practice groups, including marketing plan implementation and engagement tracking Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and reporting to support strategic planning and attorney marketing initiatives Collaborate with the creative content team to develop digital marketing materials, including videos, advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, and PR initiatives Assist with firm branding and operational marketing efforts, including events, sponsorships, website maintenance, online reputation management, and award submissions Requirements Bachelor’s degree required with 2–3 years of related marketing experience Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with WordPress, HubSpot or similar CRM systems, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), email marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media preferred but not required Prior law firm experience is preferred Compensation & Benefits 100% employer match on 401(k) contributions up to 6% for full-time employees 100% employer covered premium health insurance for all basic plans Free dental and vision coverage Two weeks vacation and one week of paid sick leave Additional week vacation off after 18 months of full-time employment Eleven paid federal holidays Equal Opportunity Statement Tully Rinckey PLLC is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
