Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various caregiving positions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Utilize job boards and social media to attract top talent. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management. Participate in job fairs and community events to promote company culture and opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Strong networking skills and a passion for helping others. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
