Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team.

We are currently hiring for Per Diem / PRN positions — offering true flexibility. Work when it fits your schedule!

Position : Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)

Schedule : Per Diem/PRN – Flexible Scheduling (Work Your Own Hours!)

Location : Portsmouth, NH

Pay Range : $21.00 - $33.00 (varying based on license and years of experience)

What You’ll Do :

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets

What We’re Looking For :

• Current, valid LNA or CNA license in the state of New Hampshire

• CPR/BLS certification preferred

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
