We are seeking a Retail Recruiter to Ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best associates, while growing a strong talent pool utilizing methods including face to face recruiting, social media networks, job posts, and associate referrals. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy For store positions, shopping the competitor and other retail establishments to find the talent we are searching for. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges/ mall recruitment sites, etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates. Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude. Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to the members of management. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Assist management through the paperwork/hiring process of our Kronos HR/Payroll system. Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Retail Recruiter. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc. Hands on experience with various selection processes – in person recruiting and interviewing, online interviews, phone interviewing, reference checks etc. Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. SCHEDULE Hybrid-Matteson, IL PAY 67k-72k Benefits Health Insurance- Four plans available including prescription coverage- deductible defines differences. Dental and Vision- Two dental plans, and a vision plan available to elect- High & Low Plan based upon directory of dentists. Paid Time Off- 40 hours after 3 months, then 80 hours at 1 year anniversary. Extends to 25 days based upon tenure. Holiday Pay- New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Discounts- Associate discounts on store purchases available to all associates based upon tenure and level of position. Wellness Retirement / 401(k) Plan- Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) if eligibility is met, following one year anniversary. Company match is 40% of the first 5% that the employee contributes to the plan.
