FULL-TIME LEASING CONSULTANT

The Leasing Consultant is a key team member of our high-energy community with 260 apartment homes in Milford, MA. The role focuses on creating satisfaction and well-being for all individuals associated with the community while aligning with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities include responding to telephone inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, preparing and completing lease paperwork, and data entry. Primary Responsibilities Take a prospect from traffic to resident Maintain closing ratios Collect rental deposits Process all rental paperwork Ensure the property is kept in excellent condition Manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive What You Bring to Us A college degree (preferred but not required) 1-3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred) Sales aptitude Sharp and professional appearance Ability to work weekends What We Bring to You Competitive hourly compensation ($25-27 plus bonus opportunities).
