Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living (Full Time) Full-time Community Name: Prairie Green at Fays Point Compensation: from USD 36.00 hourly Do you have HEART? This position is responsible for providing licensed nursing services to residents, following the guidelines provided by Senior Lifestyle Corporation. Responsibilities Medication administration for residents, compliant with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Responsible for admissions of new residents, including all admission assessments and documentation. Complete acute and long‑term care plans or service plans. Assist with clinical system tracking (i.e., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health‑related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provide proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information. Assist with discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse’s License in the state of practice. CPR Certified. Training from an accredited licensing or vocational nursing program. 1+ year experience in senior care or related field. Proficient in English for job duties. Basic computer skills. Ability to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks safely and effectively, and work under pressure in critical situations.
