- Facilitate conversations with Acute Care Leaders to implement pharmacy strategic priorities and goals.
- Provide oversight to improve inpatient operational performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Establish relationships with pharmacy leadership to evaluate deployment of processes for quality assurance.
- Manage development and implementation of pharmacy supervisory personnel services and functions.
- Oversee drug education and training efforts to impact patient compliance and provider practices.
- Monitor services compliance with state and federal laws and regulatory standards.
- On-site position with no travel required.
- Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree.
- Pharmacist License (Washington) required at hire.
- National Provider Identifier within 6 months of hire.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
