Job Title: Director of Corporate FP&A Location: Wilmington, MA (on site 3 days per week) Salary: $135,000 - $200,000 Skills: Director of Corporate FP&A, PE/VC-backed experience, manufacturing, COGS, P&Ls, cash flow management, costing, individual contributor role About the Opportunity My client, one of the most capital‑efficient manufacturing companies in the healthcare technology space, is looking to hire a Director of Corporate FP&A. This is a true individual contributor seat and a one‑person show, built for someone who wants full ownership of the FP&A function rather than a layer within it. They'll work directly alongside the CFO, giving him the analysis and forecasting he needs to focus upward, on the board and on investors, while they own everything below that. Cash flow sits at the center of how this business operates, so the right person treats it like a living thing, not a monthly report. This is a hands‑on strategy seat, not a processing role. They're building the models, not reviewing someone else's. Responsibilities Own cash flow forecasting and modeling as the financial heartbeat of the business Build and maintain the company's budgeting and forecasting processes from the ground up Prepare board and investor‑ready reporting materials in partnership with the CFO Analyze balance sheet, P&L, and operational trends to surface what leadership needs to know before they ask Partner directly with sales, manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and legal leaders on financial performance Lead costing, inventory, and COGS analysis in a manufacturing environment where margin visibility matters daily Shape the future of the FP&A function as it grows beyond a team of one Must‑Haven Skills Individual contributor experience as a strong FP&A professional in a manufacturing environment, with fluency in cash flow, P&Ls, COGS, and costing PE or VC-backed company experience Willingness to be on site three days a week at company headquarters Nice‑to‑Have Skills MBA Experience supporting a company preparing for or navigating public company readiness #J-18808-Ljbffr
