Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Buena Park, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters including providing legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients in court. The role requires expertise in labor and employment law, as well as proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategies.
Qualifications
Expertise in Law, with a focus on Labor and Employment Law
Skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
Proficiency in Negotiation and conflict resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Membership in the California State Bar
Relevant experience in a legal position is preferred
Fluency or proficiency in Spanish is preferred
