Patient Service Representative

Seeking Patient Service Representatives for our client in the following areas: Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Tarzana. Onsite position Monday-Friday. Pay: $25 hr.

Seeking a Patient Service Representative to support front office operations in a busy healthcare setting. This role will serve as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone, delivering a professional and positive experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, coordinating check-in and check-out processes, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records within an electronic health record system.

The position will also manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and support referral and authorization processes across various insurance plans.

Additional duties include handling patient and provider correspondence, explaining procedures and services, and ensuring adherence to workplace standards, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualified candidates will have experience in a medical office or outpatient setting, with a strong understanding of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient service best practices.

Familiarity with electronic health record systems is highly preferred.

Experience with CS-Link/Epic
