Your Responsibilities as a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator:

• Collaborate with marketers, project managers, support staff, and leadership onpositioning,proposals,statements of qualifications, rosters,interviews,and related tasksoninfrastructure, environmental, and stormwater projectsacross the country.
• Work alongsidelocal marketersbasedinPortland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington, in pursuit of new work,with an emphasis onprojects in thePacific Northwest.
• Assistwith the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications
• On low- to medium-complexity pursuits-Leadthe proposal process, fromgo/no-go discussionthrough drafts and reviews,to submittal and (when applicable)interview.Includeslayout, writing, and coordination.
• Assistwith the writing, cataloging, and updating of projectmaterials, such asproject descriptions, team resumes, and client references.
• Produce proposals in person, as needed, from either thePortland, Oregon, or Vancouver,Washingtonoffice.
• Coordinateshipping and travel to client locationsfor proposaldelivery,as needed.
• Supportspecialeventsandtradeshows,on occasion.
• Performtasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews.
• Update theclientrelationship management (CRM) systemand related databases.
• Fulfill othermarketingand proposaltasks,as needed.

What we're looking for:

• Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketer in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry or other professional services fields.
• Ability towork fromthe Portland, Oregon, and/or Vancouver, Washington, office for training and teambuilding 1-2 days a week (flexible schedule).
• Proficiencyin AdobeInDesignandMicrosoft Office.
• Developing knowledge of AI for proposal generation, research, and daily tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent writing andcommunicationsskills, withthe ability to adapt to different communication styles.
• Valid driver's license, safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation.

Annual Expected Pay Range $65,000—$78,000 USD
