Job Details Local Project Pipeline | Salary + Truck Allowance | Full Benefits Salary: $125,000 - $170,000 per year Truck allowance included Benefits Competitive base salary with performance bonus potential Truck allowance Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Phone and technology stipend Long term career growth and leadership development opportunities Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid packages for K 12 and public works projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate scopes and pricing strategies Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and complete proposals Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership during preconstruction to support budgeting, value engineering, and award transitions Qualifications Proven experience as an Estimator on commercial construction projects, with K 12 and public works exposure preferred Strong understanding of public bid requirements, prevailing wage, and government procurement processes Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software, along with strong Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a deadline driven environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
