On-Site Talent & Retention Manager

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations. This on-site role drives hourly hiring, builds site teams, and leads retention practices to keep strong staff. Expect four days on-site per week with flexible scheduling to meet business needs. You will partner with GMs to recruit, onboard, coach, and develop leaders, while tracking site-level turnover, time-to-fill, and staffing health. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
