Responsibilities Lay‑up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and standard work instructions (SWI); wrap mold with composite materials in preparation for curing process to form composite parts. Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning; report all discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor. Verify materials being used are according to manufacturing plan. Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed. Adhere to schedules and time allowances, takt time, for production requirements. What We’re Looking For Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or other hands‑on experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with your hands in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Working Conditions Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels Exposure to hazardous equipment Exposure to contaminants Usually work indoors; may not be temperature controlled Shared workspaces with other employees Requires handling objects of up to 30 lbs.
