Quality Manager

To support the Engineering division, the full-time remote Engineering Services Quality Manager will manage the Quality Management System, drive quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards across projects. Key responsibilities Manage the Quality Management System to foster a culture of engagement and compliance with industry standards Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality considerations into engineering design and development processes Conduct audits and assessments of engineering processes to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions Required qualifications 10 years of experience in a consulting environment, preferably in oil & gas, power generation, or utilities In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards Proficiency in project management tools and business enterprise software Exceptional presentation and communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
