Assistant Manager – Sport Clips Haircuts Sport Clips of Jackson – 1425 Boardman Rd, Jackson, MI 49202 Earn up to $75,000 per year – Full‑time leadership opportunity. Sport Clips of Jackson is hiring an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. Owned and operated by Jesse Keyser – a world‑renowned multi‑unit salon operator – this is a great place to advance your leadership career in a fun, sports‑themed environment. If you love leading people and want strong earning potential, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team oversight. Mentor and develop stylists through coaching and training. Focus on exceptional client service and retail sales performance. Help with recruiting and building a strong team. Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and brand‑ready. Contribute to growing our client base in the Jackson area. Requirements Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred). Active Michigan Cosmetology license required. Positive, outgoing personality with good communication skills. Driven by goals and team success. Availability for evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay plus service commissions plus retail commissions. Performance bonuses paid every pay period. Higher tips than other chain salons nearby.
