As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants and visitors. You will manage access, monitor security-related activity, respond to inquiries, and communicate clearly with building personnel. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.05 - $23.05 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies. Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate destinations. Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security‑related equipment, reporting unusual conditions or concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with building management and emergency personnel as appropriate. Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, package records, and other required documentation while helping to deter unauthorized access to the property. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
