divh2Job Title/h2pPrincipal Responsibilities/pulliProvide stellar customer service from the greeting to the conclusion of the call./liliDisplays warm greeting, shows empathy, and demonstrates a sense of urgency appropriately to customers./liliContact clients to discuss their overdue payments./liliEnsure debt reclamation efforts are performed in a manner consistent with all pertinent regulations and company policies./liliManage delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts./liliResolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt./liliHelp customers understand their account ensuring satisfaction./liliMonitor and respond to customer emails./liliUtilize Pestpac consistently with AXC standards, placing notes in accounts to document collection efforts./liliForward call for cash payments that are received to the Customer Service Center./liliDocument and escalate infractions reported by our customers./liliComply with all company policies and procedures with all employees./liliEncourage and foster a harmonious workplace with a positive attitude./liliCollaborate with team members as needed./liliMaintain acceptable attendance and tardiness records./liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpCompetency/Position Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities/pulliExceptional verbal and written communication skills/liliCommitted to accuracy/liliAbility to demonstrate flexibility when needed/liliAbility to work effectively in PestPac/liliExceptional customer service disposition/li/ulpEducation/Experience:/pulliNo experience required./liliMust be able to walk, sit, stand, and use the computer and phone for extended period of times./liliThis list may not be all-inclusive./li/ul/div
