What You'll Do Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks Online Process payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting Manage payroll tax filings, W-2s, and year-end reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multi-location operations Help build the financial infrastructure to support our growth What We're Looking For Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (this is non-negotiable) Solid payroll processing experience, including multi-location and hourly workforce environments 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, food service, or multi-location businesses Someone who works with speed and accuracy—we move fast A quick learner who figures things out rather than waiting to be told Desire to grow into a leadership role as the company expands Compensation & Benefits $58,000 – $83,000 annually , depending on experience Health benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule with some remote work possible Real advancement opportunities as we grow Location & Travel This is a primarily on-site position at our corporate office in Yorkville, NY , with potential for a hybrid arrangement.
