Job Title: Legal Receptionist

Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• The temp would be responsible for reception duties/hospitality duties, as well as print/copy and mail duties.

Skills & Qualifications:

• The type of candidate that would be successful in this role is one who has law firm experience.
• This person would need to have the ability to serve at the reception desk, be flexible, a team player, and customer service focused.
• This person would need to be able to work well under pressure, as sometime law firms can be demanding depending on the customers' needs.
• No physical requirements (extensive standing, walking, lifting).
• Parking is $10.00-$12.00 per day/There is some free parking in the area as well).
• Dress Code: Law firm-Business Casual.
• Driving: No driving
