Litigation Attorney – Temp to Hire Our team is partnering with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term home with a collaborative, high-performing legal team. Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr – $115,000.00/yr Responsibilities Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents. Manage depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances. Work directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and case updates. Collaborate with partners and support staff to ensure timely and accurate case management. Evaluate case strengths, risks, and settlement opportunities. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar license in Georgia (in good standing). 2-5+ years of civil litigation experience preferred. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
