Naturally double‑check work before submitting Enjoy structured workflows and organized systems Catch issues before they become problems Want to build a long‑term career in transaction coordination Have a summary of transaction or real estate administrative experience You’ll Love This Role Accuracy matters to you Comfortable working under deadlines Enjoy checklists, structured systems, and clean files Not a Fit Dislike detailed administrative work Frequently miss deadlines or overlook small details Prefer unstructured work without established processes Responsibilities Manage administrative aspects of real estate transactions from pre‑contract through closing Prepare and draft representation agreements, offer templates, and supporting documents Proactively identify missing documents, errors, or issues before they escalation Track transaction timelines, deadlines, and milestones with strong follow‑through Enter and maintain accurate listing and transaction data in MLS and CRM systems Schedule inspections, photography, and other transaction‑related appointments Collect, organize, upload, and maintain transaction documents for compliance Submit documentation to brokers for file compliance and maintain a well‑organized digital file Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in transaction coordination or real estate administration Experience with Texas Real Estate Ability to work evenings and weekends on an alternating schedule Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication with a service‑oriented mindset Close attention to detail with strong problem‑solving and follow‑through Fast, accurate typing and written communication skills Proficiency with MLS and transaction/CRM platforms (Dotloop, Skyslope, Jointly, Salesforce, or similar) Reliable, proactive, motivated, and accountable Education High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred Compensation $6–$8 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
