Jefferson County (Colorado)

Jefferson County is seeking an Eligibility Specialist in the Community Assistance Division to determine eligibility for Long Term Care Medicaid, Food and Cash Assistance, and to provide exceptional service to older adults and people with disabilities. You will gather and verify information, ensure timely decisions under federal and state rules, manage an active caseload, and communicate with customers, family members, providers, and community partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
