Finance Manager, FP&A
One of our clients is looking to hire a Finance Manager, FP&A in Duluth, GA. This is a great opportunity for an FP&A professional to step into a global finance organization and make a real strategic impact. You'd lead global planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, building financial models and business insights that shape decisions at the top level. The company is in an active growth phase, ongoing M&A activity and a lot of change on the horizon, so there's real room to help modernize and standardize how financial planning gets done. Responsibilities
- Lead global planning, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation processes across regional and functional finance teams
- Build financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools that guide strategic decisions
- Prepare executive and Board-level reporting packages, KPI scorecards, and dashboards that turn data into insight
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to standardize reporting and improve financial processes org-wide
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, plus 7+ years of progressive FP&A or financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, FCCS, or SmartView
- A track record leading global planning or reporting processes and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong executive communication skills; you can turn numbers into a story leadership can act on
