Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing their medical history and performing physical assessments to craft tailored treatment approaches.
• Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that suit the unique goals and physical capabilities of each patient, ensuring a focus on recovery timelines.
• Administer an array of physical therapy techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to maximize patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Provide education to patients on exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies to empower their active participation in recovery.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed while adhering to clinic documentation protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic care and ensure optimal recovery outcomes for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of California is required.
• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as it pertains to physical therapy practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on engaging effectively with patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
