Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Assess and deliver individualized therapy for infants, toddlers, and children with a diverse range of physical conditions such as neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic injuries, and developmental delays.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized care plans aimed at achieving mobility goals, enhancing independence, and fostering participation in daily activities.
• Utilize play-based interventions to engage young patients, making therapy enjoyable and effectively motivating them to achieve their wellness milestones.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to provide education on treatment plans and exercises, ensuring continuity of care outside the therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and treatment outlines with clarity using our efficient electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance personal skills and share knowledge with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on pediatric patients, ranging from infants to adolescents, who may face various challenges including neurological, orthopedic, and developmental issues. Qualifications

Successful applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate/Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits
