POSITION OVERVIEW

The Customer Service Representative I delivers high-quality phone-based support by handling routine customer inquiries resolving standard issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. This entry-level role focuses on building foundational knowledge of systems products and processes while effectively supporting customers in real time.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Respond to high-volume inbound calls; identify customer needs and provide accurate scripted or guided solutions.

• Resolve routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues to senior team members or supervisors.

• Assist customers with standard account updates billing inquiries and service requests following defined procedures.

• Accurately document call details actions taken and outcomes in CRM systems.

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of company products services and policies.

• Provide courteous empathetic and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Participate in high-volume support situations by moving into call queues as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Complying with all Company policies and procedures safety regulations company safety policies and safely perform all duties including but not limited to promoting a safe workplace.

WHAT TO BRING

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time.

WHAT WILL HELP

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk AS400 etc.)

• Bilingual capabilities.
