Customer Service Representative

Local Customer Service Position Available
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to fill our newly open customer service position. Responsibilities will include customer service, handling customer complaints and escalations, completing sales using our current POS, being able to provide product knowledge, and assisting with maintaining sales targets.

Customer Service Representatives will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service while building solid customer relationships. We accomplish this by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Qualifications include a positive attitude, high school diploma or GED, a friendly and helpful personality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
