Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations Business Analyst

Jackson James are supporting a leading retail organisation that is looking for a D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst to join their team following a recent go-live. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with an established D365 F&O environment, partnering closely with Finance teams and helping an organisation get the most out of the platform. The Role: Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points Analyse and improve existing D365 F&O Finance processes and functionality Identify opportunities to optimise the system and improve user adoption Support ongoing enhancements, configuration and process improvements Act as the bridge between the Finance function and technical/D365 teams Troubleshoot issues and help drive continuous improvement across the platform Requirements: Strong experience as a D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Solid understanding of core Finance processes within D365 F&O Experience working with a business post-go-live Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills Retail experience is highly desirable Ability to translate business needs into practical D365 F&O solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Jackson James
